FortiMail TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.0

As of Fortimail 6.0.4, the encryption level it supports for both HTTPS connections and SMTP connections is configurable in detail.

The configuration method is defined by the CLI as follows

admin-global access control

set ssl-versions tls1_0 tls1_1 tls1_2

In the initial configuration, we will leave both TLS.1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 open to administrative access, but for SMTP mail connection, it will only support TLS 1.1 or TLS1.2.
